At TRYOLVA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@tryolva.com so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Certain personal care products where permitted by law

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not affect any additional rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process and post the refund.
